Chris Grier , our general manager, needs to be fired.  Along with him, our head coach, Mike McDaniel needs to be fired.  Neither of their strategies have worked. Mike McDaniel has proven himself to not be a leader. And Chris Grier has proven over, and over, that he cannot draft, manage salaries, pickup competent talent, or manage a team like this Miami Dolphins team. When it comes to players.  You read the title, nothing good has come out of the Dolphins season so far.  I am writing this two days after the most disappointing loss yet, a stunning comeback from 17-0 by the Carolina Panthers.  Mirroring our 2023 contest against them when we came back and won.        So far this season we have started 1-4, Tua has earned his nickname, Tua Turndaballova, throwing picks almost every game.  We have lost almost all help in the defensive backfield with standout Kader Kohou being on IR, along with 5 of our other CBs.       Before continuing the description of another dreadful Miami Dolphins season, there have been a few bright spots.   Darren.
